In 2010, Rachelle Slotnick co-founded Catalyst meals, a food processor/distributor of freshly prepared meals, which has evolved into Territory Foods. Rachelle founded Northwest Fresh Chantilly in 2013, a licensed food service company which specializes in packaged fresh food as well as contract-based back end distribution services for local subscription services.

Territory Foods serves four major territories in the US – San Francisco Bay, Southern California, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Washington D.C./Baltimore/Virginia. Over the last few years, Territory has expanded to New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Unlike other meal delivery services, you can choose once or twice weekly deliveries. Each week and seasonally, Territory rotates their menu of 50+ paleo, keto, whole30, gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, and vegan/vegetarian meals. We produce and co-pack roughly 50% of the DC region for Territory Foods using only the highest quality, sustainably sourced ingredients.

Over the past eight years Rachelle and her team of dedicated food experts have grown along-side their client, Territory Foods -- Producing over 10,000 freshly prepared meals per week in a facility greater than 18,000 square feet. Rachelle is expanding her operations with Evermade Foods to serve as a small business accelerator in the Washington, DC region, building a new USDA and FDA compliant 12,000+ sq ft. warehouse in Warrenton, VA (Coming Q4 2021)!
